Saxo Markets Review

saxo markets review
Saxo Markets is among one of the oldest brokers in the forex industry. They have been providing their brokerage services since 1992. They are based out of Denmark but provide financial trading services to traders from all over the globe.

Saxo Markets has one of the biggest financial asset collections the industry has ever seen. You get access to trade over 42,000 different financial instruments. These include forex pairs and CFDs. You get access to these instruments after a minimum deposit of $500.

With Saxo Bank, you will get access to the highest liquidity which is drawn from over 85 different exchanges from 15 different banks around the world. They use Direct Market Access (DMA) to provide you with the fastest execution speeds and the tightest spreads in the industry.

Do you ever sign up with a broker only to later realize that they don’t really have the assets you were hoping to trade? Trust me, we’ve all been there. I remember signing up with a broker and being really excited about trading a certain currency pair that I practiced really hard on, only to find out they don’t even offer that currency pair for trading. Once I discovered Saxo Bank, I was never in a situation where I couldn’t find an asset to trade. They have virtually all the assets under a single roof.

It’s quite disappointing when you hear so much about a broker and decide to sign up with them just to realize that they don’t even operate in your country of residence. If you are living in a third-world country, you know how hard it can be to find a broker who operates in your region. This is why I find Saxo Markets very useful as they operate in over 170 countries so no matter where you may be, you can still have access to their services.

Saxo Markets requires a minimum deposit of $500 to open an account with them. While it is great to show future traders a realistic amount that is needed to become successful, I believe $500 is still a bit much and most brokers should stick to around the $200 mark.

It is an industry leader and provides one of the biggest collections of financial instruments from all over the world. They provide a personalized experience by providing their own proprietary platform. They’re also strictly regulated to prevent any fraudulent activity. If you’re looking for a broker with a decent size offering, Saxo Markets is the way to go.
